Constructed of red cotton, the obverse bearing a central white cotton disc overlaid by a multi piece black cotton mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 190 mm (w) x 110 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, with moderate soiling visible throughout, in very fine condition.
