Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot 'Sous la Tour' Arbois Pinot Noir, 2022 Mourvedre Dosage is Extra Brut at100% whole cluster Pinot Noir at the site of a historic landmark in Arbois, it is one of the top vineyards of the estate, all limestone, and is terraced and plowed by horse. The wine is aged for 2 years in barrel, and bottled in November. Delicious Pinot, fit for a grilled swordfish steak and potatoes with chimichurri.
