Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC - Girlan vintage:2022 produced with Barbera grapes grownThe vineyards that give life to this prized Pinot Grigio are located in the "Girlan" sub area, nestled in the Oltradige hills, at an altitude between 450 and 500 meters above sea level. These vineyards enjoy excellent air exchange and grow on soils rich in minerals, derived from the sediments of the glacial age. The grapes are harvested by hand, with particular care, in small boxes to preserve their integrity until they are transported to the cellar.
