Constructed of patinated bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised SA style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, set within a ribbed ring bearing oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, maker marked with a partially intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) insignia, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), one rivet securing the attachment prong post in place has broken and
